Solid Gaming Limited is licensed by BCLB (Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya) under the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, Cap 131, Laws of Kenya under License Numbers: BK 0000763 and PG 0000452
By registering and creating an Account and/or accessing or using any part of the Services you are entering into a legally binding contract. That contract is between you and us and it incorporates all the terms, conditions, rules and documents.
Please read the Terms of Use and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Website.
The Terms of Use govern your contract with us. All sections of the Website are governed by the Terms of Use, and you should ensure at all times that your use of the Services is in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Article 1: Opening an Account
- Your personal information will be requested when you open your account. You may update Your Contact Details from time to time through the My Account management page on the Website.
- All personal details of all members will be held in confidence as per our Privacy Policy.
- When opening your account, you certify that:
- You will always gamble at your own risk.
- You are over eighteen (18) years old.
- The games are for entertainment only, and your participation in the games is solely for your own personal enjoyment and non-professional use.
- You have not been excluded from gambling.
- (g) You have not already had an Account closed by us under Article 7 (Fraud and Criminal Activity) or at your request under Article 15 (Responsible Gaming)
- Any other accounts which you open with us, or which are owned by you in relation to the services will be "Duplicate Accounts". Duplicate Accounts may prompt an audit of the members accounts and may result in the closure of the account and forfeiture of any winnings.
Article 2: Identity Verification
- You certify that:
- The name and address you supply when opening your account are correct. You will also agree to provide supporting proof of ID and proof of address to comply with the Know Your Customer Policy
- the money which you at any time deposit in your account is rightfully yours.
- By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to undertake any such verification checks as we may require to confirm these facts. You agree that from time to time, upon our request, you may be required to provide additional details in respect of any of such information you have provided us, including in relation to any deposits which you have made into your Account.
- It is illegal for persons under the age of eighteen (18) to make use of this site. Were we unable to confirm that you are 18 years old then we may suspend your account until we are able to confirm your age. If you are subsequently proven to have been under 18 years of age at the time you made any gambling or gaming transactions with us, then:
- We will close your account.
- All activity will be void and all related funds deposited by you will be returned by the payment method used for the deposit of such funds, wherever practicable.
Article 3: Account Login Information and PIN
- Never disclose (whether deliberately or accidentally) your username, password account number or PIN number to anyone else.
- All deposits, withdrawals and overall activity in the account made where your login information has been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by you. We will not be liable for any claims in the event that you disclose your login information to anyone else.
- If you have reason to believe that your login information is known to an unauthorized third party, you must immediately proceed to change your password.
Article 4: Deposits and Withdrawals
To become an active member, you must deposit to your account from an account or source of which you are the account holder. We reserve the right to treat any deposit into the account as being invalid, and any winnings arising from such deposit as void, if proven the otherwise.
- You agree not to make any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits into your account, and in any such event to refund and compensate us for such unpaid deposits including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your deposit.
- Should we become aware of deposits into your Account without betting or gaming activity within 7 days, the deposit will be refunded.
- Your PIN Number is required before you can withdraw any funds from us. This is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. This number is sent to you via email upon opening an account and can be retrieved at any time via the secure My Account area of the site. You are solely responsible for the security of your PIN.
- We will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the payment method of your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may process and pay withdrawals in a different payment method than the one requested by you (any charges associated with relevant payment methods are set out in the Withdrawal section of the Website).
- When a Withdrawal is pending and has yet not been processed, you can always cancel it if you wish. Once the withdrawal cancellation is submitted the money will be immediately credited back to your betting account.
- Your account will be considered Dormant if you do not use it for betting or gaming, making a deposit, withdrawal or transfer, or if it is otherwise inactive, for a period of at least 6 consecutive calendar months. Balances are removed from Dormant Accounts. Players who return are entitled to have their balances credited back subject to Management approval. This approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
Article 5: Bonuses
- Members are eligible for promotions, bonuses, free bets or special offers from time to time.
- Every bonus or promotion will always have a set of Terms and Conditions. You accept these Terms and Conditions if you choose to participate.
- If you do not agree to the terms of the offer do not participate.
- We will not transfer or refund any bonuses.
- One bonus/free bet per account/household or environments where computers are shared throughout our entire network is allowed.
- Any instances of bonus abuse by a player as a result of multiple accounts or bypassing rollover requirements will result in permanent account closure. Players found to be abusing the spirit of the promotion may also be excluded from promotions, bonus and any winnings will be forfeited from their account too.
- We reserve the right to revoke a bonus and winnings derived from the revoked bonus at any time.
- Bonuses will expire in 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- You must play your own money in order to rollover a bonus.
- Bets that award free bets are not eligible to be Cashed Out.
- The Rollover is the requirement that must be met before your bonus amount is made available for withdrawal. Bonuses in the Sportsbook area need to be placed 20 times so that they can be earned, while the bonuses used in the Casino section need to be played 35 times.
- Sports bets placed on heavier favorites than -200 lines will not count towards rollover requirements.
Article 6: Placing your Bets
- You are responsible to ensure that the details of any bet, odds or similar transaction that you place using the services are correct when using the Website in accordance with the relevant Betting Rules or Game Rules, as appropriate.
- You can check your Sports betting history in the My Account section of the site.
- We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet placed by you at any time at our sole discretion, or where you have breached the Terms of Use. If you are in any doubt as to whether a bet has been accepted successfully, you should contact Customer Service.
- Once a bet has been confirmed, you cannot cancel it unless we agree otherwise.
- We may cancel or amend a bet pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (Identity Verification), Article 7 (Prohibited Practices) or Article 10 (Omissions and Errors).
- The maximum KSh amount that may be won by an individual member on a weekly basis is KSh12,000,000.00 (Please note, our week begins on Tuesday and ends on Monday). With the exemption of:
- In the event that Ksh6,000,000.00 or more of the weekly winnings is the result of a winning a 10, 11, 12 or more team Multi Bet, then the weekly maximum winnings is raised to $24,000,000.00.
- The weekly limit on winnings of KSh12,000,000.00 does not apply to progressive jackpot winnings.
- The Cash Out option availability will be subject to our discretion.
Article 7: Prohibited Practices
Regarding the practices below:
- taking unfair advantage
- cheating
- bonus abusage
- opening more than one account; and/or
- undertaking fraudulent practice or criminal activityare "Prohibited Practices" and are forbidden. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent and detect such practices and to identify the relevant players concerned if they do occur.
- You agree that you will not take part in or be connected with any form of Prohibited Practice in connection with your access to or use of our services.
- If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in any form of Prohibited or
- If you have placed bets and/or played online games with any other online provider of gambling services and are suspected, as a result of such play, of any Prohibited Practice or otherwise improper activity; or
- If we become aware that you have reversed or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your account; or
- If you become bankrupt or suffer analogous proceedings anywhere in the world,then, we will have the right to withhold the whole or part of the balance and/or recover from the account the amount of any deposits, pay-outs, bonuses or winnings which have been affected by or are in any way attributable to any of the event outlined in this article. In these instances, your account will be either suspended or closed.
- For the purposes of Article 7:
- A "fraudulent practice" means any fraudulent activity engaged in by you or by any person acting on your behalf or in collusion with you, and will include, without limitation:
- Charge disputes
- The use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorized credit or debit card, as a source of funds;
- any attempt to register false or misleading account information;
- An "unfair advantage" shall include, without limitation:
- the exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in our or any third party's software used by you in connection with the services (including in respect of any game);
- the use of bots, or other 3rd party software or analysis systems; or
- the exploitation by you, of an 'Error' as defined in Article 10, in any case either to your advantage and/or to the disadvantage of us or other.
- A bonus abuse shall include:
- Making a deposit to receive a bonus without any activity of the deposited funds
- Cashing out for the purpose of re-depositing
- Betting both sides of a single event for the purpose of falsely achieving bonus rollover requirements
- Referring new accounts for your own use
- If you breach any of the above rules you may be subject to account closure and/or confiscation of funds.
Article 8: Account Closure
All withdrawals based on account closures are subject to a KSh12,000.00 processing fee.
CLOSURE BY YOU
- If your account does not show that a balance is due to us or pending bets, you are entitled to close your account at any time, by contacting us through Customer Service.
- If you have closed your account, we will in most occasions be able to re-open your Account with the same account details as before if you request us to do so. In such circumstances, while your account will have the same account details as before, it will be subject to the Terms of Use applicable at the date of any such re-opening.
CLOSURE BY US
- We are, at any time, entitled to close your Account and terminate the Terms of Use on written notice (or attempted notice) to you using your Contact Details. In the event of any such termination by us we will refund the balance of your account.
- Where we close your Account and terminate the Terms of Use pursuant Article 7 (Prohibited Practices), the balance of your Account will be non-refundable and deemed to be forfeited by you to the extent of any claim that we may have against you as at the date of such closure (whether under your Account, and Duplicate Account or otherwise) and all pending bets will be void.
SUSPENSION BY US
- We will suspend your account in the circumstances expressly set out in the Terms of Use. Upon the suspension of your account:
- no activity will be permitted until the date upon which it is re-activated by us;
- no bonuses or contingent winnings will be credited to the account;
- we shall address the issue that has given rise to the account suspension with a view to resolving it as soon as possible so that the account can, as appropriate, either be reactivated or closed.
Article 9: Disputes and Discrepancies
- Your balance checking on each account log-in prior to betting is your responsibility. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims
- Claims and disputes must be settled prior to making any further bets.
- Should you wish to make a complaint regarding our services, as a first step you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible about your complaint, which will be escalated as necessary within our Customer Service team until resolution.
- All internet transactions will be logged and log files securely stored.
- Members can request a statement of transactions by contacting Customer Service or by going to the Account History tab in the My Account section.
- For general casino disputes, we provide a record that contains the bet amount, running balance, game type, Round ID and time for each single casino round. Due to technology constraints we can only provide the member with the card/number/dice details and outcomes for a limited number of casino rounds only (25 rounds maximum) Every casino round has a unique Round ID and members should provide it in their casino claim. If a unique Round ID or exact time for a particular casino round is not provided by the member we cannot guarantee the funds will be reimbursed. Casino history older than 3 months is archived and thus not available. Our casino support team aim to resolve your issues within 24 - 48 hours. If an issue needs to be escalated for any reason we will work as an intermediary on your behalf with the investigating department(s) to try and get a resolution as fast as possible. You will agree that any owed credits, refunds or reimbursements will only be made once the investigation is complete - for which a timeframe cannot be set.
- If there is a dispute arising from the Terms of Use which cannot be resolved by Customer Service, you can request that the matter be addressed by a manager or supervisor. We will endeavor to resolve the matter to your satisfaction either immediately or by contacting you subsequently.
- You acknowledge that our random number generator will determine the outcome of the games played through the Casino and you accept the outcomes of all such games. You further agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server used by us, the result that appears on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.
- When we wish to contact you, we may do so using any of your Contact Details. Notices will be deemed to have been properly served and received by you immediately after an email is sent or after we have communicated with you directly by telephone (including where we leave you a voicemail).
Article 10: Omissions and Errors
- A number of circumstances may arise where a bet or bet is accepted, or a payment is made, by us in error. A non-exhaustive list of such circumstances is as follows:
- where we mis-state any odds or terms of a bet or gaming bet to you as a result of obvious error or omission in inputting the information or setting up a market, or as a result of a computer malfunction;
- where we have made a "palpable error". A palpable error occurs where:
- in relation to bets placed prior to an event taking place, the prices/terms offered are materially different from those available in the general market; or
- in relation to any event, the price/terms offered at the time the bet is placed are clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring;
- where we have continued to accept bets on a market which should have been suspended, including where the relevant event is in progress (except where "in-running" bets are accepted) or had already finished (sometimes referred to as "late bets");
- where we should not have accepted, or have the right to cancel or re-settle, a bet pursuant to the Betting Rules (for example due to "Related Contingencies");
- where an error is made by us as to the amount of winnings/returns that are paid to you, including as a result of a manual or computer input error; or
- where an error has been made by us as to the amount of free bets and/or bonuses that are credited to your account,
- when an error has been made in the Cash Out amount displayed by us, any such circumstances being referred to as an "Error".
- We reserve the right to:
- correct any Error made on a bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price, cash out amount or terms which were available or should have been available through us (absent the publishing error) at the time that the bet was placed and the bet will be deemed to have taken place on the terms which were usual for that bet; or
- where it is not reasonably practicable to correct and re-settle to declare the bet void and return your stake into your account; or
- in circumstances where the Error has resulted from a Prohibited Practice, to take the steps set out in Article 7.
- Any monies which are credited to your account, or paid to you as a result of an Error shall be immediately repaid to us or we may reclaim these monies from your account. We agree that we shall use all reasonable actions to detect any Errors and inform you of them as soon as reasonably practicable.
- We (including our employees or agents) shall not be liable for any loss, including loss of winnings that result from any Error by us or an error by you.
- You shall inform us as soon as possible should you become aware of any Error.
- Where you have used monies which have been credited to your account or awarded to you as a result of an Error to place subsequent bets or play games, we may cancel such bets and/or withhold any winnings which you may have won with such monies, and if we have paid out on any such bets or gaming activities, such amounts shall be deemed to be held by you on trust for us and you shall be immediately repaid to us when a demand for payment is made by us to you.
Article 11: Events Beyond our Control
- We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Terms of Use that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) any telecommunications network failures, power failures, failures in third party computer (or other) equipment, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, severe weather, industrial disputes or lock-outs, terrorist activity and acts of government or other competent authorities (a "Force Majeure Event").
- Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Article 12: Copyright
- You acknowledge that any and all information, content, reports, data, databases, graphics, interfaces, web pages, text, files, software, product names, company names, trade-marks, servicemarks, logos and trade names including our name contained on this website (collectively the "Content") including the manner in which the Content is presented or appears and all information relating thereto, are the property of their respective owners as indicated, we or our licensors, as the case may be. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the term "Content" shall also include images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text, and the Games located in our website. You agree that the Content is protected by copyright law and we reserve all right in relation to the Content.
Article 13: Indemnity
- You agree at all times to indemnify, defend and hold harmless our website, its directors, officers, shareholders and employees, including its agents, suppliers, affiliates and their respective directors, officers and employees, against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, damages, demands, liabilities and expenses whatsoever (including legal and other fees and disbursements) sustained, incurred or paid by us directly or indirectly in respect:
- of your use or misuse of the Content or this website in any manner whatsoever, including without limitation infringement claims, participation in the games and your entitlement to any winnings through the use of such Games
- to events perceived to be resulting from the delay, failure or interruption of connectivity of the software
Article 14: Unauthorized Persons
- If you are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of our company or one of its affiliated or subsidiary companies, or a supplier or vendor of the company, you are not permitted to register with our website or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the games (each an "Unauthorized Person"). Similarly, relatives of Unauthorized Persons are not permitted to register with our website or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the games. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. We will withhold any and all winnings to be paid in favor of persons who are in breach of this provision.
Article 15: Social Responsibility
- We do not allow nor condone underage gambling. All members must be at least 18 years of age.

Article 16: Games: Removal, Addition, Suspension and/or Modification
- We reserve the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add any game in our sole discretion and without notice but without prejudice to any games and/or bets in progress at the time of such amendment. In the event of such suspension, modification, removal or addition of any Game for any reason, we will not be liable to you in any way.
Article 17: Technical Issues or Failures
- Where problems occur in the software or hardware used by us to provide the Services we will take all reasonable steps to remedy the problem as soon as practicable.
- We do not accept any liability whatsoever for problems caused by the equipment which you or other players are using to access the Services, or faults relating to your or their internet service provider.
Article 18: Offensive Language
- Abusive or offensive language is not permitted in nicknames, chat areas or with our staff. Any violation of this policy may result in a suspension of playing privileges or such other action as may be required to ensure compliance. You hereby agree that you shall not post any unlawful, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, or other materials that would violate any law or generally be considered offensive via the website using the chat option, or in any correspondence with our staff. Abusive or offensive language includes, but is not limited to, any player statements that are in our sole opinion, obscene, profane, racist, in bad taste, slanderous, unnecessarily hostile, or contrary to the purpose of our website's chat function.
- Further, you agree that you shall not make any statements on or through the website which promote any website, service or product of any party except ours. You shall not make any statements about our website or the games that are untrue or would reasonably be considered to be derogatory or critical.
Article 19: Changes to the Terms of Use
- Terms of use may change from time to time. Notice about such changes may be given via an Account Message, SMS or email. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. If you continue to use the Services after the changes are posted you agree to the changes.
